After immigrating with his family to Tampa, FL from Montevideo, Uruguay, Nicolas “Nico” A Scaron at the age of ten, he was faced with many challenges such as adapting to a new culture and learning a new language, but none of these challenges presented themselves as obstacles in obtaining the American Dream. Growing up in Tampa, FL. he attended Leto High School and Hillsborough Community College (HCC), where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration. Thereafter, he attended the University of South Florida (USF) and obtained a bachelor’s with a major in International Studies and a minor in Naval Science. Shortly after Mr. Scaron enlisted in the U.S. Navy. and joined the U.S. Special Operations Community as a member of the bomb squad. As a Senior Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician/Operator, he has proven himself in the management of dynamic, high-stress, high-risk operations, and training projects. Now out of the service, Mr. Scaron works as a Real Estate Professional in the Tampa Bay Area and growing Lion Den Capital to assure its success.    

Growing up in the Tampa Bay area, Nathalia has been trusted from a young age with the management of people and critical infrastructure both in the private and government sectors. She has shown a passion for her community and its direct impacts, leading her to complete a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of South Florida (USF). While working on her degree, Nathalia maintained an Internship with the United States House of Representatives as well as working as a legal assistant for one of the largest law firms in the Nation. Upon completing her degree and now as a military spouse, she was faced with adapting to the ever-changing military lifestyle. While living in San Diego, CA Nathalia became a Site Security Manager for the Department of the Navy (DON) where her main responsibility was providing vital support to personnel and ensuring mission and operational readiness. Nathalia’s resilience, problem solving skills, and unique way of engaging with people of all walks of life has contributed to her vast knowledge and her uniqueness ongoing contribution to Lion Den Capital.
